Convenience Store & Gas Station Attendant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Hello Deer! is Red Deer’s go-to neighborhood convenience store and gas station — your one-stop shop for fuel, snacks, hot food, smokes, lottery tickets, and more, all served with a smile. We’re growing and looking for enthusiastic, dependable team members who care about great service and a clean, safe store.
We’re currently hiring a Gas Station Attendant who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing the job right. If you’re friendly, organized, and ready to make customers feel welcome, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling or product needs
- Operate the till and handle payments accurately
- Keep the store, fuel area, and washrooms clean and tidy
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels
- Inform customers about store offerings and promos
- Suggest additional products to enhance the shopping experience
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Who We’re Looking For
- Energetic, positive, and dependable
- Honest and trustworthy — you’ll be handling cash and customer relationships
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
- Previous experience in retail or gas stations is a bonus (but not required)
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Cash handling or POS experience (helpful but not essential)
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- A team-first attitude and a desire to learn and grow
